Jeff and Chris met while working at a consulting firm together. They wanted to do things differently, bringing transparency to the consulting world, and a passion for helping their friends. Spotlight started operations out of a small office in Denver.
Denver Sales and Delivery teams were expanded.
Spotlight's team grew, the firm's reach expanded nationally. Remote work shaped the industry, and Spotlight adjusted, opening offices in Minnesota, Texas, and Arizona.
Spotlight has over 50 active clients and a 160+ person team.
Spotlight continues to grow, expanding into new markets.
